🧠 Step 1: Mindset & Mental Health Insight

Understand the person behind the performance We begin where it matters most—the mind.

This first step offers a confidential, clinically sound view of your staff’s cognitive wellbeing.

• Mental health screening (K10, DASS-21)

• Personality profiling (Big Five or DISC)

• Delivered onsite by Registered Nurses

• Reviewed by a GP only if risk is flagged

• AI-generated self-awareness summary

• Optional opt-out to respect personal preference

This approach helps identify hidden strain before it becomes physical illness—and supports more effective engagement strategies.

🫁 Step 2: Vital Function & Risk Assessment 

 Measure the body’s current performance under pressure

In the first onsite visit, we deploy mobile clinical stations to deliver core physiological testing:

• ECG (heart function) Spirometry (lung capacity)

• Blood glucose and oxygen saturation

• GP onsite to supervise and ensure compliance

• Private health report and secure digital portal for each employee

This rapid testing process establishes a performance baseline and identifies early cardiovascular and metabolic red flags.

🩸 Step 3: Biochemical Health Profile & GP Review

Internal diagnostics to support long-term resilience

The following week, our RN and GP team return to conduct full diagnostic bloodwork and medical consultation: Includes testing for:

• Cardiovascular risk (Cholesterol/Lipids) • Liver & kidney function

• Inflammation markers (CRP)

• Full blood count (FBC)

• Iron, vitamin D, and electrolytes Pathology authorisation and oversight by a registered GP

• AI-enhanced plain-English health summary 1:1 phone consultation with GP for every staff member

• Secure, downloadable results for personal GP or insurer

• Organisation receives anonymised, de-identified insights for strategic review
